This is a one-person studio site. Here is exactly what it collects, why, and how to get it removed. Short version: I collect the minimum, I do not sell or share it for marketing, and you can ask me to delete it any time.

What I collect, and when

  • Contact form (homepage). Your name, email, the service you pick, your message, and which page you wrote from.
  • Retainer form. Your name, email, WhatsApp number, the plan you pick, and your message.
  • Newsletter popup. Your email address only. It is double opt-in: nothing is saved to the list until you click the confirmation link in the email.
  • Analytics. Google Analytics 4 records anonymous usage: pages viewed, device and browser type, country, and how you arrived. It sets cookies to tell returning visits apart. IP anonymisation is on and advertising features are off, so it is not used to build ad profiles.
  • Booking a call. The intro call is booked through Calendly. Anything you enter there goes to Calendly directly, under their privacy policy.

I do not run ads, trackers for ad networks, or social pixels on this site.

Why

To reply to your enquiry, to send the design emails you subscribed to, and to see which pages people actually read so I can improve them. Nothing else.

Who handles it

Form submissions are stored by Netlify (my hosting) and emailed to me. The newsletter list lives in Kit. Analytics is Google. Bookings are Calendly. Each of these processes data on my behalf under its own privacy policy: Netlify, Kit, Google, Calendly. I do not sell your information or pass it to anyone else.

How long I keep it

Form messages: for as long as the conversation is useful, then deleted. Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: Google keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for up to 14 months, then deletes it; only aggregate reports remain.

Your choices

  • Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. One click, you are off the list.
  • Email me and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. I reply within a few working days.
  • You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on. The site works fine without them.
  • If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. I would rather you wrote to me first so I can fix it.
