about this project
Embrace Your God-Given Worth is a self-care journal built on four ideas: faith, reflection, gratitude, growth. A guided self-care journal designed to create a meaningful space for reflection, prayer, gratitude, and personal growth.
A space to pause, reflect and reconnect. The journal was designed around the idea of creating intentional moments of self care and spiritual reflection. Each section gives the reader a simple way to pause, document their thoughts, recognize gratitude, and build healthier daily habits.
The design focus: Reflection, creating space to slow down and process thoughts. Faith, integrating prayer, scripture, and spiritual reflection. Self Care, encouraging small, meaningful moments of rest and renewal. Growth, helping readers recognize lessons, challenges, and personal progress.
Core sections: a Gratitude Tracker with daily and weekly prompts that encourage readers to recognize moments of gratitude and God's blessings; Pause and Pray, dedicated spaces for prayer requests, answered prayers, gratitude, and guided prayer; a Self Care Menu, a curated collection of creative, restorative, and faith-centered activities; a Daily Mood Tracker, a simple system for recording moods and recognizing emotional patterns; and Seasonal Check Ins, reflection prompts focused on growth, challenges, lessons, and the next chapter.
A journal designed for meaningful moments. The final journal brings together faith, self-care, reflection, and personal growth in one cohesive editorial experience. The design balances structured activities with open-ended reflection, giving the reader space to pause, reconnect, and celebrate their progress. Reflect. Believe. Grow.
